Terms of Service

Last updated: August 3, 2026

These Terms govern access to and use of Axiom Coworker, provided by AXIOM AI TECHNOLOGIES LTDA, CNPJ 67.136.348/0001-81 ("Axiom"). By creating an account, accepting an order, or using the service, you agree to these Terms for yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.

If Axiom and the organization have signed a commercial agreement, that agreement controls in the event of a conflict with these Terms. Questions may be sent to privacy@tryaxiom.ai.

1. Eligibility and authority

You must have legal capacity to enter into an agreement. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it. The service is intended for professional and business use.

2. Account and organization

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Organization administrators may manage members, integrations, policies, data, and workspace settings according to contracted permissions.

3. The service

Axiom Coworker uses artificial intelligence to assist with and execute workflows across connected channels and tools. Features, limits, and availability may vary by plan, integration, region, and product stage.

We may update the service to improve security, performance, or functionality while preserving material commitments made in an agreement.

4. Third-party integrations

Integrations depend on third-party services and permissions granted by the user or organization. Use of those services is also subject to the providers' terms and policies. Axiom does not control third-party changes, outages, or restrictions.

You are responsible for having authorization to connect accounts, provide data, and request actions in those tools.

5. Customer content and data

You and your organization retain rights in data, messages, files, and instructions submitted to the service. You grant Axiom a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to provide, secure, and support the service.

You represent that you have the rights and legal grounds required to provide the content and should avoid submitting unnecessary data or data subject to restrictions incompatible with the contracted service.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service to violate laws, third-party rights, privacy, intellectual property, or contractual obligations.
  • Do not seek unauthorized access, bypass controls, interfere with operation, or test vulnerabilities without written authorization.
  • Do not distribute malware, fraudulent content, or instructions intended to cause harm.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful, discriminatory, or high-impact decisions without human review and appropriate controls.
  • Do not resell or exploit the service outside the contracted scope without Axiom's authorization.

7. Artificial intelligence and human review

AI-generated results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected. You must review important information and actions, particularly in legal, financial, health, employment, security, or other high-impact contexts.

Coworker may request confirmation before sensitive actions, but those controls do not replace the organization's internal policies, oversight, and responsibility. Do not use the service as the sole source of professional advice.

8. Plans, charges, and taxes

Prices, allowances, limits, billing periods, and cancellation terms are stated in the applicable order, proposal, or plan page. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes. Nonpayment may result in restriction or suspension after applicable notices.

9. Privacy and confidentiality

We process personal data under our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, a data processing agreement with the organization. Each party must protect the other's confidential information and use it only to perform the contractual relationship.

10. Intellectual property

Axiom and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, marks, documentation, models, interfaces, and improvements. No rights are transferred beyond the limited authorization to use the service during the contracted term. Axiom may use feedback without an obligation to adopt it or identify its author.

11. Availability and preview features

We work to keep the service secure and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features identified as beta, pilot, or evaluation may change, have limited support, or be discontinued. Specific service-level commitments require a written agreement.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access when needed to protect the service or others, investigate a violation, comply with law, or address nonpayment. You may stop using the service under the applicable plan or agreement. After termination, access and data retention follow the agreement, Privacy Policy, and legal obligations.

13. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as contracted and does not replace professional judgment or human review. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be limited, mandatory rights, or obligations expressly assumed in an agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing and to the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or lost opportunities that were not reasonably foreseeable. Specific liability limits may be set out in the commercial agreement.
